How do I access the Lab Report for my Water Test Kit?

All of your reports are kept in our online portal. Simply go to https://safehometestkits.com/my-account/ and log-in with the account you used to register your kits.

What If I have Questions about my Test Results?

Can I purchase Boiler Guard test kits in bulk?

Can I Collect my Water Sample from Multiple Locations?

Each Test Kit is designed to only test 1 sample location.

If you want to test multiple sample locations, you will need to order multiple Boiler Guard Test Kits.

Do I have to register my Boiler Guard kit online and fill out the Chain-of-Custody that comes with the kit?

You must complete the online registration AND fill out the paper Chain-Of-Custody.

Skipping either of these steps may result in your sample not being analyzed or delays in your reporting.

If I want to RUSH my testing and results, how do I pay the extra fee to do this and how fast will I get my results?

You will be able to select and pay for RUSH testing and reporting during the online registration.

If you select RUSH testing, you will receive your report within 5 business days after receipt of sample at our laboratory.
